Sales Coordinator
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities :

  • Maintain and update BOQ electronic and manual filing systems
  • Enforce document control for Sales and related business documents
  • Maintain and update client/vendor worklists and work trackers
  • Support the GM and Sales Managers in all administrative matters
  • Distribute business reports to relevant internal stakeholders
  • Prepare contract close-out documentation, signature blocks, and effective-date compliance checks
  • Conduct high-level proofreading to identify key errors in contracts and business documents
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather, share, and structure communications content
Requirements :
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Coordination or related administration roles
  • Background in the Services industry is preferred
  • Prior experience in Vendor Registration and vendor/client worklist management
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, and proofreading skills
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and support multiple stakeholders
  • Proficient in MS Office and document filing best practices
