Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and provide technical information about products.
Coordinate sales activities, prepare quotations, and follow up with clients.
Maintain and update customer database and sales records.
Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations.
Liaise with the technical team for product specifications and availability.
Support the sales team in achieving targets and expanding client base.
Requirements:
Prior experience in sales coordination within the wood machinery or construction equipment industry.
Knowledge of wood cutting machinery and spare parts.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
UAE experience is mandatory.
Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
