Job Description
:
Key Responsibilities * Receive pre-alerts, documents from the customer for inbound shipments and inform the concern Incharge in a timely manner, thereby enabling the effective allocation of warehouse space.
- Adhere to all inspections, certifications, legalizations and special processes for shipments destined for select locations and inspect outbound shipments for necessary stickers / labels.
- Obtaining all customs inspection approval for shipment documentation completion
- Coordinating with Dubai municipality for clearing the shipments
- Efficient handling of customer service while coordinating with Internal and External clients
- Dealing with Dubai chamber of Commerce
- Preparing the Import documents on time for Air and Sea Shipment
- Negotiation of freight cost with transportation companies.
- Any relevant ad-hoc duties and/or relevant special projects may be assigned by the Management
