Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and support the daily operations of the sales department.Respond to customer inquiries and provide support for order processing and delivery follow-ups.Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices.Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.Coordinate logistics for product delivery with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, warehouse).Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.Assist in planning and organizing sales meetings, events, and training.Follow up with clients after sales or meetings to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.Work closely with marketing and other departments to support sales campaigns and initiatives.
