Description
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the quote follow-up process, coordinating order intake procedures, engaging in customer follow-up and marketing activities, and ensuring seamless communication within the team and with clients.
Role & Responsibilities:
Receiving of inquiry, understanding client exact requirement
Client Management by sending email and follow up with requirement and orders
Collect valid documents from customers, including the company license, and copies of the owners' passport, visa, and Emirates ID.
Identify and pursue potential new clients who could benefit from the company's products and services
Prepare at least one newsfeed once in a month and send to the marketing person
Preparation of submittals, quote for the tenders
Contact Management; updating outlook contacts
Yearly overview - Quotations Made/Won & Lost
