We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Sales Coordinator
to support our sales team and help ensure smooth sales operations. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, coordinate sales activities, and act as a key point of communication between internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
Coordinate sales schedules, meetings, and follow-ups
Prepare sales reports, presentations, and documentation
Process sales orders and monitor order status
Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM systems
Communicate with customers regarding orders, inquiries, and updates
Assist with preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts
Collaborate with marketing, finance, and logistics teams
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of sales-related data
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales support, coordination, or administration in UAE
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with CRM software is required
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
