About the Role:

We are looking for a

Sales Coordinator

to support our sales and marketing operations across our B2B platforms --

Yellowpages-UAE.com

and

FYIND.com

. The candidate will be responsible for conducting quality checks, coordinating with clients, and ensuring data accuracy across our internal and external systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and verify details of signed contracts from the sales team against client listings uploaded on

yellowpages-uae.com

and

fyind.com

. Coordinate with clients to collect additional information or clarifications requested by the

Social Media

and

SEO

teams. Ensure all client data and business information are correctly updated and maintained on

lunad.pulseorm.com

(our internal CRM/product system). Monitor listings and product details for consistency, accuracy, and completeness across platforms. Communicate regularly with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, SEO, and Social Media) to ensure smooth information flow and timely updates. Assist in preparing reports or summaries related to listing quality checks and data updates.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience

in a

B2B environment

or similar work culture. Strong attention to detail and ability to perform thorough quality checks. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools. Ability to multitask and coordinate between different departments. Organized, proactive, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with online directories, digital marketing, or B2B marketplace platforms. Familiarity with data entry or content verification workflows.

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
