Job description

key role in supporting the sales team by managing sample requests, handling incoming sales inquiries, and assisting in lead management. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.


Managing Samples: Preparation of samples and displaying in cupboards


Handling Sales Calls & Inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to incoming sales-related calls.


Handle any other sales coordination tasks according to requirements. (e.g order processing)

Profile

UAE National (Emirati) with a valid Family Book


Customer-focused mindset


Basic knowledge of sales or customer service processes is a plus


SAP or ERP experience is a plus


Basic knowledge of excel and MS word.


English speaking - intermediate level is acceptable
