Lamasat Nada Ladies Beauty Centre in Sharjah is seeking a friendly, professional, and well-organized

Customer Coordinator

to enhance our clients' experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting clients, assisting them during their visit, and coordinating their movement between different salon sections such as hair, nails, spa, and facial areas. This role is essential for ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and luxurious customer journey throughout the beauty centre.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome clients warmly upon arrival and assist them throughout their visit. Escort clients between service sections (hair, nails, spa, facial, etc.) in a polite and professional manner. Communicate with staff to ensure clients are served promptly and efficiently. Provide information about services, treatments, and promotions. Coordinate appointment schedules with the reception team to minimize waiting time. Ensure that clients are comfortable and satisfied during their entire experience. Handle any client concerns or requests with care and professionalism. Maintain a clean and organized environment in client waiting and service transition areas. Support front desk and management as needed with coordination and communication tasks.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a beauty salon, spa, or hospitality environment preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, approachable, and customer service-oriented personality. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English required; Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
