The Opportunity

As a Sales Coordinator, you will support senior sales executives in acquiring new clients, managing leads, and closing deals. This role is ideal for someone with proven sales experience who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and networking. Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients. Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and ensure timely communication with prospects. Support senior sales executives in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and conversions in the CRM system. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

What We're Looking For

1-3 years of proven sales experience in the UAE (corporate services or B2B sales preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in English; Arabic, Hindi, or Tagalog is a plus. Confident, results-oriented, and self-motivated.
