Sales Coordinator

Job Description

Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, proposals, quotations, and contracts. Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and related documentation. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and agreements in CRM or databases. Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, operations) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Handle inquiries from clients and provide prompt, professional responses. Monitor sales targets, prepare reports, and update management on progress. Support in organizing meetings, sales presentations, and events. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or in a similar role. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
