About the Role

We're looking for a

Sales Coordinator

to join our growing team at Delta Furniture.

In this role, you'll be the bridge between our marketing, clients, and production teams--making sure every lead is handled smoothly, every client gets timely updates, and every order moves seamlessly from inquiry to delivery.

What You'll Do

Lead Management

Monitor incoming leads from website, WhatsApp, phone, and campaigns Qualify leads (homeowners vs. business partners) and update our ERP system Assign leads to the right salesperson or team

Quoting & Orders

Prepare and send quotes with support from production Track quote validity (2 weeks) and follow up with clients Confirm deposit payments before production starts

ERP & Process Tracking

Keep client and order records updated Track order milestones (fabric approval, production, delivery) Support Signature Partners with ERP portal activity

Client Communication

Be the first point of contact via phone, email, or WhatsApp Schedule site/factory visits and follow up with clients Escalate urgent issues to management quickly

Reporting & Coordination

Maintain dashboards on leads, conversions, and pipeline status Spot bottlenecks and delays for management Coordinate between sales, marketing, and production

What We're Looking For

English fluency (must)

Arabic or Hindi (a plus) Strong coordination and organizational skills Detail-oriented and reliable Good communicator and team player Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or admin (preferred) Passion for delivering excellent client experiences

What We Offer
