Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact between the sales team and clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements and translate them into accurate technical and commercial proposals.
Prepare and process quotations, proposals, and sales documents in coordination with the sales team.
Coordinate with internal departments (Procurement, Design, and Production) to ensure feasibility of customer requirements.
Maintain and update sales records, reports, and CRM databases.
Support the sales team in achieving targets by providing timely assistance and follow-ups.
Ensure client satisfaction by addressing inquiries, clarifying requirements, and providing after-sales support.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in
Mechanical Engineering
(mandatory).
2-3 Years Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar sales support role (preferably in manufacturing/engineering industries).
Strong technical understanding of mechanical products and customer requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
