to support the sales team in driving business growth for our diesel generator products. The Sales Coordinator will play a critical role in managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring a smooth sales process from inquiry to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries related to diesel generators and spare parts via phone, email, and in-person.
Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and tender documents in a timely and accurate manner.
Coordinate with the engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
Track sales orders, delivery schedules, and inventory status.
Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and documentation.
Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and marketing materials.
Provide after-sales support by coordinating with service teams for installations, maintenance, or troubleshooting.
Maintain knowledge of diesel generator products and applications to provide accurate information to clients.
Follow up with clients on quotes, delivery, and payments.
Assist the sales team with lead generation and follow-up activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in the power generation or diesel generator industry.
Familiarity with diesel generator systems, components, and applications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM software is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
