Khadlaj Perfumes, a UAE-based perfume house, is a family-owned establishment since January 1997. The company is dedicated to creating and crafting bespoke oriental and occidental fragrances. Khadlaj Perfumes is renowned for its distinguished and well-crafted home ambiance fragrances.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator located in Sharjah. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing sales operations, coordinating sales activities, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the sales team. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, processing orders, maintaining sales records, and assisting in the development of sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and process sales orders accurately and efficiently through ERP/CRM systems. Communicate with clients regarding product inquiries, pricing, availability, and order status. Support the sales team with preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales reports. Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales, and inventory levels. Follow up with clients for payments, deliveries, and feedback. Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders. Track sales targets and report on performance metrics weekly/monthly. Manage client databases and assist in client relationship management (CRM). Assist in planning and organizing trade shows, exhibitions, and in-store promotions. Handle after-sales support and resolve any client issues or complaints in coordination with relevant departments.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the perfume, cosmetics, or FMCG sector. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Fluent in English; Arabic or other language proficiency is a plus.
