We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Sales Coordinator
to support our sales team in day-to-day operations and client coordination. The ideal candidate will have experience in the
printing or gifting industry
, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team to manage client requirements and ensure timely order processing
Prepare quotations, sales reports, and other documentation as needed
Communicate with suppliers and internal departments to track order status and ensure timely delivery
Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales support
Maintain and update customer databases and records
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing materials for clients
Requirements:
Experience:
1-2 years
, preferably in the
printing or gifting industry
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree (Graduate)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
