Identify and develop new business opportunities within the scaffolding and construction market.
Conduct market research to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
Visit clients, contractors, and project sites to promote scaffolding products and services.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to achieve repeat business.
Coordinate with the operations, logistics, and technical teams for project execution.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and follow-ups.
Requirements
MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in scaffolding, construction, or industrial products.
UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and handle client meetings and site visits.
Knowledge of the UAE market is an added advantage.
