ABOUT THE ROLE Our fast-growing company is seeking to hire a \xe2\x80\x9cSales Coordinator for Dubai \xe2\x80\x9d with Russian Language expertise who will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales. As a Sales Executive, He / She should work to satisfy customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner, and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. He / She should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company\xe2\x80\x99s customer base and ensures its strong presence
  • Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
  • Maintains and expands customer base by counselling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
  • Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying customer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
  • Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
  • Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company\xe2\x80\x99s customer base and ensures its strong presence
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services
  • Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts
  • Analyse sales statistics
  • Project sales and determine the profitability of products and services
  • Develop plans to acquire new customers or clients, through direct sales techniques, cold calling, and business-to-business marketing visits
  • Determine discount rates or special pricing plans
  • Assign sales territories and set sales quotas
  • Plan and coordinate training programs for sales staff
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • * Russian Nationals Only *
RELATED EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum 02 years of relevant work experience in an IT company .
  • Demonstrated knowledge of leading all aspects of key account management, including sales and service delivery.
  • Fluency in the Russian & English language is a must.
  • Sales Account Handling
  • Pre \xe2\x80\x93 Sales Activities / Demo / Presentation / Site Survey
  • Only consider those candidates who have IT products/services/solutions experience
  • Having the ability to manage projects with a team
