for our Ras Al Khaimah office with atleast 1-2 years of experience. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team, managing customer interactions, and ensuring smooth coordination of sales operations.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Interaction:
Attend to all
online enquiries
, respond with company profiles, and gather customer and operational information. Follow up calls to
convert enquiries into business
.
Coordinate the
sales team
by managing schedules, filing sales documents, and communicating relevant information.
Submit a
biweekly report
to management on business follow-up activities.
Maintain all
Customer Information Files
.
Assist the sales team in
preparing sales quotations
.
Provide
general customer support
in the absence of the sales team.
Maintain
marketing materials
to support customers and the sales team.
Prepare
sales follow-up reports
with customer details in Excel and maintain them regularly.
Prepare
quotation follow-up reports
in Excel and update weekly.
Update
customer data files
and coordinate with the marketing team for newsletter publications.
Maintain files and data related to
warranty claims
submitted by the sales team.
Requirements:
Fresher/Graduate
with
1-2 years of experience
preferred.
Preferred qualifications:
Engineering (Mechanical)
or
Automobile-related
.
Candidates with
B.Com, PG, or MBA
degrees are also welcome.
Strong
communication, organizational, and coordination skills
.
Ability to work efficiently in a
fast-paced sales environment
.
