Sales Coordinator
to support our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team with daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Coordinate with clients regarding inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, purchase orders, and contracts.
Support sales executives in achieving monthly and annual targets.
Liaise with internal departments (production, logistics, accounts) to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
Handle customer queries professionally and escalate when required.
Contribute to improving sales processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
