Role: Sales Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
Convert client briefs into Standard Scope of Work in coordination with the Sales, Estimation, Design, and Technical teams.
Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
Coordinate with Production, VMS, and Logistics teams to ensure timely project execution.
Maintain project progression status, CRM data, and client records accurately.
Prepare project closing reports to share with clients to invoice on the day of job delivery.
Support the sales team with meeting schedules, proposal preparation, and follow-ups.
Handle client communications efficiently and professionally.
Requirements:
Skills: Proactive, excellent communication, attention to detail, multitasking, MS Office proficiency, and strong coordination skills.
Preferred Background: Retail branding, signage, or fit-out projects.
Education: MBA / BBA
