KAIZEN Asset Management Services is a leading property management firm in Dubai, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with Oqood training to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Assist the sales team in preparing and processing sales contracts, agreements, and other relevant documentation. Coordinate with clients, developers, and other parties involved in the sales process to ensure a smooth and timely transaction. Assist in RERA, DLD or Trustee in connection with the real estate projects unit registration/cancellation Submit application for Oqood registration DSR Coordinate property showings and assist with conducting property tours for prospective buyers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including client information, leads, and sales contracts. Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on the progress of their transactions and address any questions or concerns. Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and drive sales conversions. Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns and strategies. Assist with organizing sales events and exhibitions. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall buying experience for our clients.

Requirements

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus. Proven experience as a sales coordinator or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry. Oqood training certification is mandatory 2-3 years of relevant experience in Development Company Experience with DLD, RERA system Oqood trained Strong knowledge of property sales processes and relevant legal requirements. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Proficiency in using sales and CRM software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively in a team. Customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes. * Valid UAE driver's license is preferred.
