We are currently looking for an
experienced and motivated Sales Coordinator - Mortgage Loans
to join our Dubai team.
Position:
Sales Coordinator - Mortgage Loans
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of mortgage loan applications and client onboarding.
Act as the point of contact between clients, sales officers, and banks to track and update the progress of applications.
Maintain accurate client records, sales data, and loan status reports.
Assist in preparing mortgage loan quotations, eligibility checks, and required documentation.
Follow up with banks and financial institutions for timely approvals and disbursements.
Support the sales team with daily operational tasks, schedules, and pipeline management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and data confidentiality standards.
Handle client inquiries in a professional and timely manner to maintain excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in mortgage loans or banking.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
