Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator and Front office Executive to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in supporting the sales team, handling walk in customers, coordinating with clients, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team in daily operations, including quotation preparation, order entry, and follow-up. Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, technical support) to ensure timely order fulfillment. Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate information. Maintain and update customer databases, sales reports, and pipeline tracking. Schedule and organize sales meetings, demos, and training sessions. Responsible for Front Office Management. Please send your resume/CV
