Key Responsibilities



Coordinate the processing of proposals, invoices and verifying details, timelines and ensuring timely delivery. Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, providing correct information, pricing and assignment updates. Maintain and organize accurate records and documentation for reporting and tracking purposes. Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and collaborate with the team to implement process improvements. Proper maintenance and updates of required trackers of client data, documents and active assignments. Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and documentation required by the sales team. Assist in organizing and scheduling sales meetings, preparing agendas, and sharing relevant materials in advance. Follow up with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and marketing to ensure alignment and smooth workflow. Address and escalate client concerns with empathy and urgency, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies, legal standards, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales support targets and organizational goals. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales coordination processes.

Requirements


Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or related field.

Knowledge:

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM systems knowledge is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales support, coordination, or administrative role.

Personal Attributes:

Organized and detail-oriented, strong communication skills, team player, problem-solver, customer-focused, able to multitask and work under pressure.
