Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer support, or logistics administrative roles (preferably within UAE transport companies).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).
Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Basic knowledge of land transportation operations and related documentation (LPO, Invoice, Delivery Note, Job Cards, etc.).
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage client issues effectively.
