Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
1-3 years' experience in sales coordination, customer support, or logistics admin roles (preferably in UAE transport companies).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. (Arabic is an advantage.)
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Basic understanding of land transportation operations and documentation (like LPO, Invoice, Delivery Note, Job Cards).
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and handle client issues efficiently.
Team player with positive attitude and professional behavior.
