Our client is a well-established interior fit out firm and as part of their growth we are recruiting a UAE experienced sales coordinator to join their Dubai office. The role is responsible for preparing RFQs, sales quotations and order processing to meet dispatch deadlines. Candidates must have UAE experience as a customer facing sales coordinator or internal sales in the interior fit, architecture, flooring or construction sector. Role Summary Prepare sales quotes and tenders for new business and add-on transactions. Serve as the first line of contact with the customer to action order changes, cancellations, expedites and resolve order discrepancies, chargebacks, and payment issues. Initiate and process requests for credits, debits and returns. Respond to new business leads and call existing customer for repeat business. Contact customers for promotions and opportunities to up sell and cross sell. Maintain CRM data integrity; prepare sales activity reports. Mandatory Skills & Experience 4+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as an inside sales executive or sales coordinator interior fit, architecture, furnishings, flooring or construction sector. Strong experience in client facing sales support using a consultative sales approach sales support, customer service and order processing with a sense of urgency, accuracy and strong customer focus. Proficient use of Microsoft Excel with strong experience in V look up and reviewing product SKUs. Ability to prioritize to meet business needs; flexible to support sales cycles and volume demands. UAE driving license. Candidate Profile Currently living in the UAE \xe2\x80\x93 must be able to live and work in Dubai. Fluency in English \xe2\x80\x93 must be able to read, write and speak fluent English. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills as this is a client facing role.
