We are looking for a dedicated and organized
Sales Coordinator
to support our sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate orders, and maintain accurate sales records.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and order updates
Prepare sales quotations, LPOs, invoices, and related documentation
Follow up with clients for pending orders, payments, and delivery timelines
Communicate with the internal team, warehouse, and logistics for order processing
Maintain sales records, reports, and customer databases
Assist the sales team in preparing reports and presentations
Ensure timely delivery of materials and update clients accordingly
Handle after-sales support and basic customer service tasks
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator (preferably in a trading company)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Basic knowledge of sales documentation and procedures
