Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with daily coordination and support
Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documents
Follow up on customer enquiries, orders, and deliveries
Coordinate with logistics, production, and accounts departments
Maintain accurate records, reports, and customer data
Communicate with customers via email and phone professionally
Requirements:
Graduate / Diploma holders (Freshers can apply)
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Good communication skills in English
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
