Responsibilities
Coordinate with clients, sales team, and internal departments
Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and maintain sales records
Assist in preparing project documents, reports, and correspondence
Track ongoing projects, deliveries, and client requirements
Manage calls, emails, and scheduling for the sales department
Requirements
4-6 years' experience as a Sales Coordinator (construction/scaffolding preferred)
Strong communication and customer?handling skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
Commitment to discretion and confidentiality
Fluency in English is required.
