Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential buyers and property owners
Present property details, features, and investment benefits clearly and professionally
Build and maintain a steady pipeline of leads
Follow up with interested clients to schedule site visits
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless client communication
Meet monthly targets and contribute to overall sales performance
Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Previous experience in telesales or real estate is preferred
Confidence, energy, and a goal-oriented mindset
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Professional, organized, and self-motivated
