Key Responsibilities
Coordinate sales activities and support the sales team throughout the sales cycle
Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely execution
Coordinate with logistics and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Prepare sales quotations, reports, and related documentation
Maintain sales records and update databases as required
Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (mandatory)
Minimum
2 years of experience
in sales coordination or a similar support role
Strong communication and coordination skills
Experience in order processing and logistics coordination
Ability to prepare sales reports, quotations, and documentation
Proven end-to-end sales coordination experience
Preferred Experience
Experience in
Chemical, Construction, Oil & Gas, or Healthcare
industries is an added advantage
