Farhood Group is seeking an organized and proactive
Sales Coordinator
with experience in the cosmetics and perfumes manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will support the sales team, manage client relationships, and ensure smooth operations from order to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate sales activities, including order processing, quotations, and follow-ups.
Maintain and update customer records and sales data in CRM systems.
Liaise with production, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Support sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management.
Handle client inquiries professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, preferably in cosmetics or perfumes manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of sales processes, order management, and CRM systems.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Odoo or similar CRM systems.
Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights.
Experience coordinating with international clients or distributors.
