JOB DESCRIPTION
Day-to-day administrative assistance tasks related to the cleaning services provided by the company.
Coordinating and scheduling cleaning services
Managing customers and staff inquiries and complaints
Assisting with finance-related tasks
Providing excellent customer service
EXPERIENCE
Excellent communication skills, English with an American accent.
Experience in an Admin role in the UAE
Experience in administrative assistance and customer service.
QUALIFICATION
Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
Basic understanding of finance-related tasks
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Flexible working hours
Attention to detail
Time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Previous experience in the cleaning industry
