The position is for anInside Sales Coordinator
in our headquarters in Dubai Industrial City. There are no sales targets for this role, as you will be serving existing customers and reporting to the Sales Manager.Job responsibilities
:Prepare and follow up on sales quotations End-to-end management for sales orders Payment follow ups on client receivables Customer Complaint management and after sales support Maintaining logs and report on the day's activities
Timings:
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6pm
Saturday 8:30am - 4pm
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong business mindset to identify sales opportunities in the terms of customer requirements, competition etc. 0-2 years sales experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel & Outlook) A college degree Dynamic, charismatic and enthusiastic personality
Benefits:
Annual Bonus: 1 month full salary
Ticket Allowance: AED 1,000/year Medical Insurance provided Gratuity as per law
subject to satisfactory work results and manager approval
