Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, specifically within sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in daily operations and administrative tasks. Coordinate sales activities and communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met. Maintain and update customer databases and sales records. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management. Liaise with production and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients. Assist in the preparation of quotations and contracts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in manufacturing. Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
