Sales Coordinator
to support our growing business and help maintain strong client relationships.
Role Overview
The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing documentation, preparing quotations, coordinating with operations, and ensuring a smooth flow of communication with clients. This role is ideal for someone organized, customer-focused, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Coordination
Prepare, format, and issue quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
Assist the sales team in following up on pending quotations, invoices, and client feedback.
Maintain an accurate database of clients, inquiries, and project updates.
Coordinate with internal departments (Lab, Survey, Calibration, Finance) to ensure timely service delivery.
Client Interaction
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients for general inquiries, scheduling, and document submissions.
Support account managers in maintaining customer relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Documentation & Reporting
Manage and update CRM systems with leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
Ensure all client documents, proposals, agreements, and certifications are properly filed and organized.
Administrative Tasks
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and arrange related activities for the sales team.
Assist with billing follow-ups and coordination with finance when required.
Support marketing initiatives, trade shows, and promotional activities as needed.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in laboratory services, construction, engineering, or testing industries.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms.
High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Customer service mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
