Sales Coordinator
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations. This role is key to ensuring smooth coordination between clients, the sales team, and the operations department.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with quotations, proposals, and order processing.
  • Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales and customer records in CRM systems.
  • Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and follow-up trackers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.
  • Assist in managing client communication and appointment scheduling.
  • Track outstanding invoices and coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely collections.
  • Ensure timely documentation and order confirmations.
Qualifications/ Competencies
  • Bachelors degree in business management, marketing, commerce or related field.
  • MBA or other advanced qualifications are considered an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM tools.
Minimum Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, administration, or customer service.
  • Experience in logistics or manufacturing industries is an advantage.
Location
The sales coordinator will work from Dubai UAE.
