We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Sales Coordinator
to support our sales team and ensure smooth business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing quotations, coordinating with clients, processing orders, etc. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and provide timely and accurate quotations to customers.
Communicate with clients via email, phone, and in-person to handle inquiries and follow-ups.
Receive, process, and track customer orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
Maintain records of sales activities, quotations, and client communications.
Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance) to support order execution.
Develop a strong understanding of the company's products to effectively support customers.
Proactively suggest and upsell products to customers where applicable.
Requirements:
Bachelor's / Master's degree in any field.
2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar sales support role.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi knowledge is an advantage).
Well-organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
