Enter and update sales order accurately in the Dynamic system
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and other sales documents
Process customer orders and ensure all information is complete and correct
Coordinate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams regarding order status
Follow up with customers on deliveries, inquiries, and pending documents
Maintain organized records, files, and databases
Update product prices regularly in the company's online portals and supplier/customer platforms and monitor portal notifications, requests, and pending updates
Assist the sales team with administrative support and communication
Ensure timely response to customer emails and calls
Perform general office duties as required

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
