Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Showroom Coordinator
- FEMALE POSITION to support our automotive tools & workshop equipment showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist with product inquiries (garage tools, workshop equipment, diagnostic tools). Prepare quotations, assist sales team, and follow up with clients. Ensure product displays are organized and updated. Coordinate demo, delivery, and service requests with the technical team. Maintain stock records, sales logs, and daily reports. Handle calls, emails, and showroom administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Experience in automotive tools / workshop equipment / spare parts showroom preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic technical understanding of garage tools & diagnostic equipment (advantage). Computer skills (MS Office, CRM). Presentable, organized, and able to multitask. 2 to 3 years experience is a must
