JOB DESCRIPTION


Day-to-day administrative assistance tasks related to the cleaning services provided by the company. Coordinating and scheduling cleaning services Managing customers and staff inquiries and complaints Assisting with finance-related tasks Providing excellent customer service

EXPERIENCE


Excellent communication skills Experience in an Admin role in the UAE Experience in administrative assistance and customer service.

QUALIFICATION


Skills for problem-solving and decision-making Basic understanding of finance-related tasks Ability to work well in a team and independently Flexible working hours Attention to detail Time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Previous experience in the cleaning industry
