Job Description
We're hiring an
experienced Sales Coordinator
to join our teamimmediately
. The ideal candidate has2-3 years of GCC/Home Country experience
, strong sales coordination skills, and the ability to handle client communications efficiently.Looking for immediate Joiners only.
Salary - 3000 AED to 4000 AED + Commission.
Tagalog speakers preferred
Responsibilities:
Support the sales team in managing day-to-day sales operations. Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Track sales orders, quotations, and follow up with clients to close deals Attend to walk-in customers, present product ranges, and address inquiries professionally. Provide guidance to clients regarding customization, private labelling, and bulk orders. Ensure excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, sales contracts, and delivery notes. Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM/system regularly. Assist in preparing sales reports and analysis for management review. Coordinate with clients on product specifications, packaging requirements, and branding details. Ensure proper communication between the client and internal departments to deliver customized products on time. Handle correspondence related to sales inquiries. Assist in coordinating trade shows, exhibitions, and business meetings if required. Support sales targets and marketing activities
