We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, coordinating with clients, ensuring timely communication between teams, and maintaining accurate sales records. The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the efficiency and success of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, activities, and follow-ups.
Manage the sales pipeline and monitor leads and opportunities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data, reports, and documentation.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related correspondence.
Ensure excellent customer service and timely response to client inquiries.
Assist the sales team with administrative and operational support.
Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth order processing.
Track sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports for management review.
Follow up with clients for payments, feedback, and repeat business.
Support marketing and promotional initiatives when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or similar roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication in
English
.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Experience in sales tracking and reporting is a plus.
