committed and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator
to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and clerical support to the automotive sales department.
Coordinate with the sales team to manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to ensure timely deal closures.
Prepare, review, and maintain accurate records of vehicle sales, delivery notes, and related documentation.
Organize and maintain sales records for easy access and compliance purposes.
Liaise with the Sales, Accounts, Logistics, and Workshop teams to ensure smooth operations and timely vehicle delivery.
Prepare and issue sales invoices in coordination with the Accounts Department.
Monitor and update vehicle stock records, coordinating with Logistics for replenishments or transfers.
Maintain confidentiality of company and client information at all times.
Requirements:
Master's degree
in Business Administration or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in sales coordination or administration within the automotive industry (car sales, spare parts, or rentals) is mandatory.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
.
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Experience in preparing quotations, submittals, and sales reports is an advantage.
