and other business tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate between sales teams, clients, and bank representatives to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare, update, and maintain sales reports, trackers, and performance dashboards using Excel.
Assist in preparing proposals, customer applications, and related banking documentation.
Follow up on leads, application status, and customer queries to ensure timely closures.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Support compliance and verification processes in line with UAE banking regulations.
Generate and analyze data-driven insights to assist management in decision-making.
Coordinate with operations and finance teams for disbursements, reconciliations, and settlements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
(pivot tables, formulas, dashboards, data analysis)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
