About the Role:
We're looking for a
Sales Coordinator
to support our dynamic sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations between internal departments, clients, and external partners
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare
accurate Excel-based quotations, offers, and broadcast lists
as per requests.
Manage
receivables follow-up
and track payment collections with customers.
Coordinate
RMA and after-sales support
with internal teams and vendors.
Maintain and update
sales, stock, and inventory data
with full accuracy.
Generate and
consolidate sales and performance reports
for management review.
Obtain and record
Proforma Invoice (PI) acknowledgments
and ensure smooth documentation flow.
Prepare and process
Quotations, Proforma Invoices, LPOs, and Purchase Requests
.
Liaise with the
logistics and warehouse team
s for order fulfillment and dispatch.
Monitor
product stock levels, aging, and high-inventory items
for timely action.
Support
business development leads
through cold calling, online research, and meeting coordination.
Drive
run-rate
sales from Tier-3 customers through consistent engagement and follow-ups.
Ensure
seamless coordination across teams
to meet deadlines and client expectations.
Requirements:
Strong command of MS Excel / Google Sheets
(formulas, lookups, reporting) with
fast and accurate typing skills.
Bachelor's degree in
Business, Commerce, or related field
.
2-5 years
of experience in
sales coordination, order management, or documentation
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working with
ERP/CRM systems
is a plus.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
