We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Sales Coordinator

to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support the sales team in managing client inquiries, preparing quotations, and ensuring the smooth coordination of all sales-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the sales team with day-to-day coordination and administrative support. Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and sales proposals. Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services. Coordinate with the procurement, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery. Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports. Track and monitor ongoing projects and pending orders. Prepare sales documentation and assist with contract administration. Support sales team with documentation for project submittals and approvals. Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering 2-3 years of experience in a

coordination

preferably within the

HVAC, engineering, or construction industry

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems is an advantage. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Team-oriented, with a proactive and professional approach.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
