As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our expanding sales team in Dubai.

Position Overview

The Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the end-to-end sales process -- from inquiry to delivery -- ensuring smooth coordination between clients, partners, and internal teams.

You'll assist in preparing quotations, tracking follow-ups, and providing excellent customer service to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Support the sales team in daily operations, including order processing, documentation, and coordination. Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and tender documents in line with company standards. Manage and follow up with clients and partners to ensure timely responses and closure of opportunities. Respond promptly and professionally to customer and partner inquiries. Conduct basic product demonstrations or presentations when required. Maintain updated sales records, reports, and forecasts. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders. Maintain and update the CRM system to track leads, quotations, and client interactions.

What We Expect

1-2 years of UAE experience in sales coordination, administration, or operations. Background in security, access control, or identity technology solutions is a plus. Proven ability to prepare professional quotations and manage client follow-ups. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP, or CRM systems. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field preferred.
